These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Global Moto Nomad limited (“Global Moto Nomad”), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates under a Free Zone license (MC 13550), and the individual (“the Client”) who books a trip through our website (www.globalmotonomad.com) or via direct private/custom arrangements.

By booking a trip, the Client fully accepts all terms outlined below.

The date of the bank transfer will be considered as the official date of cancellation.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

3. Cancellations by Global Moto Nomad

If Global Moto Nomad cancels a trip, 100% of all payments made will be refunded.

In the event of cancellations due to force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, extreme weather, etc.), no refund shall be issued.

Additional services or nights required due to such events will be at the Client’s expense.

We will strive to offer suitable alternatives for any services affected.

If a Client interrupts a trip for any reason, no refund will be provided.

Costs due to early departure, delays, or inability to join due to incomplete documentation (passport, visa, license) are the responsibility of the Client.

5. Modifications

Changes to trip dates more than 30 days before departure may be possible, subject to availability and a USD 75 fee. Modifications within 30 days are treated as cancellations.

Changes involving third-party services (flights, hotels, etc.) may incur additional provider fees.

6. Itinerary Changes by the Organizer

We reserve the right to change, modify, or cancel any part of a tour itinerary without prior notice for safety, weather, or logistical reasons.
Day-by-day itineraries are indicative only and flexibility is required.

No compensation will be offered for changes made in the interest of participant safety.

Global Moto Nomad acts as an intermediary and cannot be held liable for third-party service issues.

10. Acknowledgment of Risk

Adventure travel involves inherent risks.

The Client accepts these risks and releases Global Moto Nomad, its staff, and partners from any liability for injury, loss, or damage during the trip.
